SCOPE OF WORK: In 2017, PCG relocated to a new office at 230 Highpoint Drive in Ridgeland. The move was designed to accommodate PCG’s continued growth, and decrease the distance between the administrative offices and the PCG warehouse on Capitol Gun Club Road.
This move provided PCG with 2,800 square feet of newly renovated space designed to continue the advancement of the company as a competitive general contractor in the southeastern United States. The PCG team gutted an empty, decaying building in the business park area off of Highland Colony Parkway, and built-out the entire structure with new framing, SoundBreak drywall, windows, flooring, finishes, electrical, HVAC, roof, exterior stucco, landscaping and hardscaping, and parking lot. Sustainable features include high-efficiency spray foam insulation and energy-efficient LED electrical fixtures.
The rear of building was extended by 5 feet to accommodate a new server room and storage room. The new PCG Headquarters is completely ADA compliant, and features a large conference room with pocket doors, kitchen, and keyless entry.
